Your Personal Style

Though we can assist in style ideas, it is important for our clients to have an individual identity. We are just here to help you say it with your chest !!. It creates a relationship between us and our clients style, which allows us to create unique designs. It also prevents us from suggesting design styles that aren't suited for the client. Imagine if we suggest this blue deep plunge to our religious client...

Your Budget

Now about those transactions...

We know this is a toughie, but it has to be said "Be within your bag"

we encourage our clients to have a glance at our price list to give them an idea of the cost of our services. We don't want you to look at the price tag and put that order back on the rail !! and yes we've all done this. When the clutch is" cute but not Thaaat cute "

Your Size

I know you're thinking wouldn't we just take your measurements, We Do!!

However, as a global brand some of our customers are unable to come for consultations and would therefore need to know their size( preferably using our size guide). When a client provides their own measurements not taken by us, we also ask for their general size. It allows us to gauge if the measurements are correct, which is a very common mistake. We want to create custom fits (but the fit gotta fit !!)

3 Things We Need Know

Your Timeline

Due to the range of orders we receive, its important for clients to have a date they would like their order ready by. We always aim for the earliest date possible, but for large orders for example bridal teams and orders with special dates like prom and graduation its critical that we are aware. We don't want to compromise the integrity of the brand and the quality of product we produce. If time is money then we need the right amount of time to make you look and feel like money.

Fittings

Fittings are a recommended aspect of our services, we ask clients for their availability for fittings

whether virtually or in person. In cases of bridal wear we post a mock up of the design before we custom make a clients order to ensure the perfect fit without wasting expensive fabric. We love a good video call, its more effective than descriptions. This means we can make accurate changes.

Social Media

This is a must ask, we always want to make our clients comfortable. We like to create real time videos and photos of our craftsmanship using real client orders to showcase our design process. Some clients prefer for their orders and designs to remain confidential until they wear it, we respect and understand this. Hopefully one or two will do it for the gram we mean glam !!
