Spring Blues and Blooms

It has been an unacceptable amount of time since our previous blog post, so this post is a bit out of the Blue !! During the pandemic we took a hibernation from blogging but we were working behind the scenes. This blog post is the start of a more consistent journey.

While behind the scenes we took the opportunity to learn new skills. We poured time into discovering new styles and designs to share with our clients but the most important discovery was the genuine love we have for fabrics and creation.

Would you still do what you are doing if you were not being paid for it ??

For us as a brand, the answer is yes because we did continue to provide and make custom designs. we made couture outfits that were just for pure eye candy. Not quite up there with first line work but we did provide that hope factor. That one day after lockdown you too would be seen in a Falo Fabrics dress.

The pandemic was giving us all the blues As an occasion wear brand you do start to wonder, who are you when the occassions are taken away

"who are you when no one is watching"

In that line of thinking came the bloom. The realisation that the Falo Fabrics brand's innovation and and adaptability has created a strong community. That even when less people were watching due to circumstance or any other, our brand remained focused on expression and reflection. Instead of creating fashion that reflects our clients, we got the chance to create fashion that reflects us(The brand).

This is who we are when no one is watching: We are the occasion !!
