Navigating the pandemic has has been one of the most curious experiences in life. The fact that we all could've never imaged a life where you have to wear a mask in public gathering.

As a brand that focuses on individuality and expression we wanted to create a new normal that did not supress people anymore than having to breath through a mask has already done.
We wanted to provide you with that ladder.Here is a quick guide on how to make your mask unique
Cut out mask shape (you can use a google template) 4 pieces (2 of main fabric and 2 of lining).
Stitch the 2 pieces together right sides together along the curve joining main fabric to main fabric and lining to lining.
You should now have 2 complete masks one of the main fabric and one of the lining. Join these two pieces right side to right side and you should have something that looks like the first image
To add your elastic, attach the elastic to each corner of the mask forming a loop. your elastic should be sandwiched between the two fabrics that a right side to right side
Sew along the edge leaving a 3cm gap that will allow you to turn the the mask inside out.
Turn the Mask in side out. You should have the second image.
Close the 3cm gap by hand stitching or by running a top stitch right around the mask
Add decorative pearl beads
The style of the beadwork can be anything you like however we encourage you to make a rough drawn out sketch of how you would like to place all the beads so that it translates well unto the fabric.
Just because its the new normal that does not mean you cannot do it in style!! Health first but we'd say beauty is shortly after!!!
